On March 8 – International Women's Day – CEDRA prepared a short video in which members of the Confederation of Public Sector Trade Unions speak: a cleaner, a kindergarten teacher, and a nurse. Their work is indispensable to society. Each of them talks from their own experience about work, responsibility, staff shortages, and the increasing burdens they face at the workplace. Such a situation is not a given – and can only change through organization, solidarity, and strong trade unions.

Each scene illuminates key historical events that shaped the city's identity, celebrating its triumphs, defeats, resilience, and exploring the impact of the changing industrial landscape.
