AUTHORS:<\/h4>\n

H\u00e9lo\u00efse Ferlay<\/b> grew up near the turquoise lakes of Savoie and has now graduated of the Parisian school EnsAD. The making of Ge\u00f4lier was her first hair-raising adventure in stopmotion animation, and Yola, in animated paint, just as much messed it up. Now she cut her long hair off, but, in great company, she just finished in sweat, laughs and tears her last film: To the dusty sea.<\/p>\n

Ur\u0161ka Djuki\u0107<\/strong> was born in 1986 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. She studied film and video art at the Academy of Arts in Nova Gorica. Her short film Bon App\u00e9tit, La Vie! (2016) won the Best Short Film Award at the Festival of Slovenian Film. In 2018, she was invited to participate at SEE Factory \u2013 southeast Europe, a joint project for young directors curated by Quinzaine des R\u00e9alisateurs and Sarajevo Film Festival. There she co-directed a short film The Right One that was presented in Cannes in 2019. For the development of her first feature film, Ur\u0161ka was selected for the 39th session of Cin\u00e9fondation La R\u00e9sidence du festival de Cannes 2019\/20. By combining live-action, animation, and other techniques, Ur\u0161ka creates hybrid visual narratives and is especially focused on exploring topics of contemporary womanhood.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>
